For businesses and organizations using our staffing services:

Fees and Payment: Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Candidate Referrals: Clients agree not to directly solicit or hire candidates introduced by Yang Technical Solutions outside of our agreed-upon terms for a period of 12 months after the introduction.
Confidentiality: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of candidate information provided by Yang Technical Solutions and to use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for employment.
Guarantees: Any guarantees related to candidate placement will be specified in your service agreement.

4. Candidate Terms

For job seekers using our services:

Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself in connection with the job search process.
Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of information about employment opportunities shared with you by Yang Technical Solutions.
No Guarantee: While we strive to match candidates with suitable opportunities, we cannot guarantee placement or employment.
Communication: You agree to maintain timely and professional communication with both Yang Technical Solutions and potential employers throughout the recruitment process.

5. Website Use

When using our website, you agree:

Not to use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
Not to use the website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
Not to use the website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of malware.
Not to conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to our website.
