3. Client Terms
For businesses and organizations using our staffing services:
- Fees and Payment: Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
- Candidate Referrals: Clients agree not to directly solicit or hire candidates introduced by Yang Technical Solutions outside of our agreed-upon terms for a period of 12 months after the introduction.
- Confidentiality: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of candidate information provided by Yang Technical Solutions and to use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for employment.
- Guarantees: Any guarantees related to candidate placement will be specified in your service agreement.
4. Candidate Terms
For job seekers using our services:
- Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself in connection with the job search process.
- Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of information about employment opportunities shared with you by Yang Technical Solutions.
- No Guarantee: While we strive to match candidates with suitable opportunities, we cannot guarantee placement or employment.
- Communication: You agree to maintain timely and professional communication with both Yang Technical Solutions and potential employers throughout the recruitment process.
5. Website Use
When using our website, you agree:
- Not to use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
- Not to use the website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Not to use the website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of malware.
- Not to conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to our website.
